You can order by sending a letter to: Bernadette Mongeois Do not forget to indicate in your letter the number of dogs (not the name!) join a large envelope with your address and a french stamp or international ticket: 1,40 euro for France, 1,60 euro for Est Europe and Scandinavia and 2,30 for the rest of the world. 2. the supplemented sampling certificate (to print) and the clinical document (to print) 3. the copy of the pedigree. 4. cardiac echography. No great dane may take part without this examination. Sample of saliva: 1. one needs 2 buccal swabs per dane (keep the packaging) 2. introduce between the lip and the gum and make small movements up and down and at the same time, turn the swab so that it is completely impregnated. click here for instructions 3. put them into the tube (identified with the sample-number) after cuting or breaking the stem. 4. put them into an envelope and keep at ambient temperature Advice: make your sample when your file is ready to be posted. Your veterinary supplements the 2 documents Obligatory cardiac echography 1. Attention, it is a special echography (see with your veterinary surgeon or the cardiologist of your great dane) 2. It must be recent. If your dog is ill, send the one which had allowed the diagnosis 3. the veterinary has to specify: a. diameter of the left ventricle (diastole) b. shortening fraction in % c. ejection fraction in % Where must you send the file? Put your swabs, the supplemented documents, the copy of the pedigree and cardiac echography in a large padded envelope and send it to ANTAGENE
